Refund policy
JetEncode currently has a $0 software charge. Infrastructure used to run the cloud image is billed separately by the provider you select.
JetEncode software charges
JetEncode charges no fee for the JetEncode software under the current cloud-image offer. Because JetEncode does not collect a software payment, there is no JetEncode software charge to refund.
Cloud infrastructure charges
Your cloud account may incur charges for compute instances, volumes and snapshots, data transfer, storage, and other services used with JetEncode. Those charges are billed by your provider, not JetEncode, and are governed by your agreement with that provider. Requests concerning cloud charges must be directed to the provider’s support team.
Stopping or unsubscribing from a marketplace product may not delete every cloud resource. Review and terminate resources you no longer need to prevent additional infrastructure charges.
Cancellation
You may stop using JetEncode at any time. Manage the subscription from your cloud marketplace account and separately stop or terminate associated resources. Keep any outputs or configuration you need before deleting resources; JetEncode cannot recover data from your cloud account.
