Refund policy
JetEncode currently has a $0 software charge. AWS infrastructure used to run the AMI is billed separately by AWS.
JetEncode software charges
There is no fee for the JetEncode software under the current AWS Marketplace offer. Because JetEncode does not collect a software payment, there is no JetEncode software charge to refund.
AWS infrastructure charges
Your AWS account may incur charges for EC2 instances, EBS volumes and snapshots, data transfer, storage, and other AWS services used with JetEncode. Those charges are billed by AWS, not JetEncode, and are governed by your agreement with AWS. Requests concerning AWS charges must be directed to AWS Support.
Stopping or unsubscribing from a Marketplace product may not delete every AWS resource. Review and terminate resources you no longer need to prevent additional infrastructure charges.
Cancellation
You may stop using JetEncode at any time. Manage the subscription from your AWS Marketplace account and separately stop or terminate associated AWS resources. Keep any outputs or configuration you need before deleting resources; JetEncode cannot recover data from your AWS account.
